WE ACCEPT RETURNS FOR FULL REFUNDS AND/OR EXCHANGES!


RETURN POLICIES
Returns For Refunds:
Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 15 days of the delivery date. We will only accept returns for items with a receipt or proof of purchase that have not been worn, washed or altered in any way. Tags must be attached. Footwear returns must be unworn have a clean sole / and in the original condition.


Non-Returnable Items:
All Sale Items are FINAL SALES and may not be returned or exchanged. Swimwear  and Intimates final sales. Gift cards are final sales and may not be returned or redeemed for cash. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, immediately. Please note that depending on the bank, a refund may take up to 30 days to show up in your account.


DELAYED REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at maryandmak@gmail.com.


EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange an item for the exact same item, but in a different size, call or email us immediately upon receipt. We will notify you of availability. You will have to pay us for shipping the new item.


RETURNED GIFTS
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return. In order to receive a refund, the gift item must be returned within 15 days.


SHIPPING CHARGES
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of our original shipping from our company will be deducted from your refund.
